You will know if the iGive Button is installed on the browser when you see the "seed icon" on your browser navigation bar.
If you do not see the icon, try closing then reopening the browser you installed the Button on.
Some systems require a full restart your computer after any installation.

When you open your browser the iGive Button will "phone home" to the iGive database for the most up-to-date information to catch all donation opportunities for you. Our data base logs this, and you can see the last time your Button checked in by visiting the diagnostic page.
Make sure you are logged into iGive.

First go to view extensions. Check to see if the iGive Button appears in the Extensions list and is enabled.
iGive Button - Not Appearing in Firefox
Click the Tools menu item and then Add-ons. On the Add-on screen, switch to view the Extensions. Make sure your iGive Button appears in the Extensions list and is enabled.
If you are using Firefox: You may need to DISABLE THE AdBlock for the whole site (right click for dropdown). Then refresh the page and the triangle re-appears in the lower right corner.
