If you click on a link at iGive, and get "Page Not Found" or some variant thereof, instead of being brought to the merchant, then the likely culprit is pop up blocker software on your computer that has altered your HOSTS file on your computer.
It is preventing your computer from "seeing" the web sites we use for tracking your purchases.
You'll need to alter the settings on your software, or perhaps the HOSTS file itself.
Norton "Spyware" has been known to interfere.
